I got to know poker when I was a student. Then I downloaded the first poker stars room and started playing for play chips. Then I started making deposits and playing for real money in the same poker stars.

I play on pokerstars too and ggpoker.

My older brother made me interested in poker about 12 years ago. I startede with Everest Poker via 888poker to Pokerstars.

A bunch of us kids were watching some move with poker in it and decided to learn how to play the game. We really had no clue what we were doing and I am the only one who still plays the game. I just found the game fun as can be when we were playing and fell in love with the game.

Learned it from my dad. Man literally bought his first flat with poker money. That being said I don't think I'd have the balls to yolo 5k into a cash game back in the 80s.

Started playing 5 card poker at university with friends for real money. Later, the game dragged on and I learned about pokerstars

I started playing when my drinking buddies started doing a weekly Friday night game. It was just a way to have some beers and laughs but I really enjoyed it.

Then, I took a trip up to Minnesota to visit family and they have casinos and poker rooms open to 18+. I sat down at 2-4 limit and I was hooked!

It's been an epic adventure since then, losing, winning, but also tons of memories. The strangest thing is when I hung up the cleats, after Black Friday when live games died and got harder, I didn't think I would miss it. Grinding live was a chore and the travel was annoying at times. Yet now, man, those mid 20s were the time of my life.
