To get back to the platinum level, plan your poker tournaments and Cardschat postings. Use the same tenacity that it takes to recover from a heart attack...but still make time for your cardio workouts.

Glad you're back! Last fall I had a plaque clot stuck in my brain for a rendering me unable to communicate in any way for about a week. Aphasia is very scary stuff.

Who knew that smoked bacon wrapped treats, ribeyes, prime rib or at least sausage wasn't a good daily food pattern. They said I gotta eat more greens but that fried chicken in the fridge from last month doesn't smell too appetizing.....

Use poker as a stress reducer but not the other way around. It is not healthy to play for a long time and I am sure that the platinum tourney length should be shortened for health reasons. The world has now realized the dangers of smoking. The world has now realized the dangers of eating unhealthy food. But apparently not yet the dangers of slow tourney structures that result in tournaments that last 3 hours or longer.
