He was playing $2/$4NL - $5/$10NL (6-max) and the games were noticeably weaker than the 10c/25cNL games online these days.  People limping, overlimping, or minraising most of the time.  When someone does get around to an aggressive action, the bet sizing is random and horrible.  I mean, open 4x-5xbb.  Or even larger.

I like tuff_fish, especially because he was trying to get better, but his bet-sizing is just horrible.  In one spot, the button opens to 3.5xbb, the SB folds, and tuff_fish decides to 3bet to 7.5xbb.  It's almost a min-3-bet, and out of position.  He gets called, by 9-7, and it's hard to say how horrible that call is because of the small size of the 3-bet.  I guess we can assume it's pretty horrible.

There's little to no regard to bet sizing in relation to stacks.  If it's in relation to the pot, it's almost full pot for everything.

It's bad.  It's amazing.  I miss those days.  Seriously, go observe a 25NL 6-max table and compare the play to the tables on his videos.  It will make those of you who weren't around understand what us old-timers are ranting about when we talk about how soft the games were.
