So I get rakeback but have no clue who through. How can I find out?

go to Cashier -> History - Past Transactions

that will show who is sending you your rakeback payments

Or check your email account which is linked to Fulltilt. I will tell you who is sending it via transfer to you.

It just says "rakebackpayment"

Email Full Tilt and ask. When i get it from rakebackpros it says "rakebackpros".
