just the other day this dude showed up at my door with a giant check and people holding tv cameras, said something about me winning some sweepstakes. i drop kicked him in the face and told him to get the hell off my property. i'm sick and tired of people trying to give me money. if it happens one more time i think i'll snap

You gotta love poker...you hate getting beat by the chaser but you have to expect it 1 in 10 times or so. I like those odds, win big pots 9 out of 10 times, I'll take it, and tell the chasing donk, "vnh and well played" when he hits it. Let him think he's playing good poker.

Well to be honest, i don't see why your opponents should fold their 64os to a big raise as nobody would placed them on such a hand.

Surprise is half of the victory.

You probably play some weak hands from time to time nor you won't be a poker player.
Then you should consider that poker is a bluff game and sometimes people decide to make a move while you have a monster hand. Anyway we all deserve bad beats as we all give some too. You can't be an exception.

Hey Phil. To eleviate your pain, you should take the money you make from every donkey who pays you off and buy them a poker book. Make sure you get their address before they leave the table, though. That should make you feel soooo much better.

Probably because you play at nose-bleed stakes where people respect your raises.

On the serious note: I do play at a site and stake with some serious loooooooose fish. And I do seem to run into more coolers.

Like incredible stuff that really gets me down, and too much to write down here. But in short, I do sometimes question if I won't be better off at a site like PS.

i dont know why you would complain about winning if you have a problem with your winnings win the money from the donks and transfer it to me as i do not have any problems taking money from anyone that is just crazy to cry that your tired of winning usually means your losing to donk plays but hey like i said transfer any unwanted winnings to me

i have no idea how much your generally raise pf but i like to raise 7.5x pf with premo pairs in a cash game to make the set miners pay to see a flop and i will raise big in tourneys depending on my position at the table and number of limpers. you'd be surprised how much action you get cuz a lot of players think you're doing this with AK or are trying to make a move and even if they fold to you, at least you don't go broke.
