Bodog is now named (not charged) today in this affidavit and I strongly urge anyone having any money on sites like bodog to cash out.
Yes.. It was from Tony Guoga.

I don't know if they can charge Bodog, it is 100% owned by native north americans, they go by different laws than the federal ones....
This is really starting to suck big time.

Latest software update now points to Bodog.eu. They're planning ahead, I guess.

Sucks. I've been running well on bodog. Don't want to cash out, but don't want to lose my money either...I suppose we're all in the same boat...but it just is depressing.

Land of the free, huh?

As much as reading that I'd withdraw it from anyone who is a known face in poker world, so I'd just do it for precaution.

However, Tony G I think is the sort of sicko who would say the wrong thing at the wrong time and it wouldn't surprise me If he said it as a joke. Not saying it's a joke, most likely true but really wouldn't surprise me if it was lol.

The thing is, correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like these poker sites could have been trying to break the law. I'm just wondering...?
