I was wondering if someone could help to teach me how to make a graph, like the ones I always see ppl on here making just to name a few ppl, Zack, KC, Chuck T's, IceMonkey, Jags (Thats what I call him). My question is to make these graphs, do you have to buy a special program?

Also can the graph be converted to instead of keeping track of your wins/loss for the month to a Wins/loss per 100 MTTS, and a different section to keep record of your cash games, and a different section to keep track of your SNG's.
 
Example would be Say Screen name/ Buyin%Type/place
                               Abdi122      /4.20mtt/14th
                               Abdi122      /4.20mtt/90th
                               Abdi122      /4.20mtt/1st
 
                               Abdi122       .5/.10   Buyin 10 profit/negative
