I find life outside poker plays a large role. I have bad luck with poor health so it effects my game a fair bit.

I agree with the others in taking a break or playing low buy in events if you still want to play.

You could always set a stop loss. Set an amount of money that once you lose, you stop for the day. I do think that when you lose a bunch it can affect you mentally and cause you to play worse.
