Have them watch a Twitch streamer... choose a player who explains their thought processes in detail!  If you're subscribed to that streamer, maybe pick a stream from a previous day so that you can pause it and explain what you'd do in each spot  &/or attempt to breakdown the streamer's play.
I would recommend [B]kurt23xx[/B] (for online NLHE Tournament play).  He is talking during all of his hands, always in a  good mood, never berates or belittles the other players. (tell him DonCamente sent you)

Have them watch a video where another streamer is breaking down another poker video (or another streamer's play)  ie. [B]abarone68[/B] breaks down the Game of Gold - Poker After Dark  stream
