This is great! I am kind of sick when people say, poker is gambling. It is a strategic card game like many other card games.

Lots of skill in poker but to call it a sport is a bit of a stretch (because there isn't much stretching in poker-just long hours sitting in a chair)

Well Like any sport, You must prepare and train yourself mentally in order to win. If your mental game is not there you will lose. So what makes it a sport is that you are competing against a opponent in order to come out on top. Again I say it takes training to become a winner. That is what makes it a sport.
