There never seems to be a problem if you lose money at a site, problems only seem to arise if you win and want to leave with considerably more money than you started. One site that I researched stated that their card program had been tested by a very reputable firm. They gave the name of the firm but when I inquired how that firm could be contacted they refused to give me that information. 
 
I am not trying to insinuate that sites are rigged, but what I do believe is that programmers build in "excitement" hands.  These  can be dealt to anyone at the table and I have as much chance of getting the AA as anyone else - how one  reacts to them (call, raise or fold) will be different among different individuals. All I wanted from this bonafide tester of card programs was to confirm some statistics.  If the site thought they were adding to their credibility by citing the company that tested their software then at least they should allow the public to check that fact. 
 
So does anyone know the address of the sites they are playing at or how to find them?
