Is it about time to have a shot clock in poker?

I don't like the idea of a shot clock necessarily but I could see them hosting live tournaments that are similar to online turbos.
Every player has x amount of time to act, no more no less.
I do think something needs to be done about the players who stall waiting for the blinds to go up or
stalling just before tourney goes ITM

hardly play live so would be really frustrating for me as I'm so used to having max 30 secs.

Shot clock if you take over a minute you have to have a shot (drink)
for drunks they just get shot LOL
