Is it worth playing staking or banking at 100%?

Does anyone achieve medium or high levels with staking? To me it seems better to build your own bench than to be banked in a stable or so... greetings!

It depends on my goals. In fact, betting all-in on sports is a 100% adrenaline rush. I like that feeling. There's a good movie on this subject called “Two for the Money”. It contains a lot of analysis about why people bet and how they feel when they win or lose. Poker involves similar psychology.
