Maybe this winrate is off, but if you are only beating nl25 for like 3BB/100 there are a large number of areas of your game that could use improvement (i could be totally off here tho as i don't know what the nl25 quality is like now, nor the rake - but one should be able to beat nl50 w/ its slightly less rake and for >5BB/100 if they are competent IMO).
 
I stayed at nl25/nl20 for quite a long time - nothing wrong with it at all as it is the perfect level to "learn" poker. Should be in no hurry to move up or make money - it is all about laying that solid foundation and being able to bash up on poor players.
