Try something , write down all of the games you play , all of the buy ins , postions you end up , and GTD , at a long run you see a Pattern .
For example , when i win a little i suddenly change my stake ( Tournaments or cash games ) and thats a huge huge mistake , 90 % of the people who plays poker wanna make money over night , wanna get rich in 1 night or 1 week , you see some streamers that are making money and you want to be them , you dont see how hard they tried , what they sacrifices .

Find your Strong type of game in poker and keep grinding it , set a goal for yourself , say " i`m going to deposit 50$ and i want to make to 100$ in 1 month " , i have the same problem as you , its called bankroll management , people think its easy but its not , when you buy into 6 sit go and lose and you want to win it back that night , thats not easy :D 
when you get a bad beat you put more money in the table to try to win that bad beat and lose more , thats your brain playing tricks on you .
