We had a lot of great instructors (Phil Gordon is an awesome speaker, and Paul Wasicka is a total puppy... young, cute and a really nice guy), and the class included two tournaments in which main event seats were given away. I ended up placing in the top three in the first tournament, and as a result of a chop deal won $2,000 and another future class. :) It's my biggest win to date by far. Today I played in an Omaha H/L tournament and made the final table, but didn't win much more than my buy-in back. I feel I played well, though, and am happy to have had the opportunity to play one of my favorite games in a live tournament setting! I've also been sleeping a lot. I may be one of the few people on earth who finds a Vegas vacation to be totally mellow and relaxing. Now I get to go home tomorrow and back to the usual routine of cleaning up fur and cat poop and scratching my itchy husband several times daily. [/QUOTE]
