Key for online game is to try to stay focused on the game. When you are in real casino you do not have anything else to do so that you are partially forced to look what is going on at the table which is good for your game. When you play online it is much easier to be distracted by other people who live with you or to decide to minimize the poker client and look at something more interesting instead while you wait for another hand. These are all factors that make your game worse. Key to overcome this is to mentally convince yourself that there is no difference if you play from casino or online - you are there to play your best game and focus entirely on it ignoring all distractions.
