Another one I see a lot is in  tournaments is don't expose your cards with any action pending (including action pending from yourself) usually results in a warning the first time then sitting out for a specific time period for any subsequent violations.

Edit: Another one is electronic devices (Phone, Tablets etc.) The rules vary a lot from place to place but you can be pretty sure that being on your phone or texting during a hand is going to be against the rules also some places may require you leave the table before engaging in some activities with your phone. Just ask the staff and they should be able to give you some clear guidelines on what is and is not allowed.
