It's like all the higher ups meet to see what they can do to improve the company, but in this case we're the higher up and our company is poker. I want determined, passionate, persistent, creative, have no fear, positive, hard working, strong desire, very serious about achieving their goals, and  people with amazing drive to succeed...[/COLOR]
