I don't know if I was randomly picked or if it has something to do with the mail I sent them two days ago saying: 'I heard from a friend he got a mail saying you were letting long standing members of tilt get rakeback, why didn't I get a mail about this ?' Then they replied with that it was a select few and they were choosing them and I would be considered :p
