Most poker rooms in vegas are 1-2 with $200 max buyins.  Some casinos are $1-3 with $300 buyins.  There are a few sites that tell you the limits of various rooms but if you find a 1-2 with 200 buyin that's fine.

Personally I've found tremendous success at Imperial Palace, Sahara, etc ... basically casinos that not many people go to for poker.  ideally the poker room is next to a bar.  People having fun and BLOWING lots of money.  Excalibur was a disappointment and they got rid of their real poker tables and instead have PokerPro tables which I tried and HATED.

Most tournaments outside of Caesars have horrible structures so be sure to check those.  Oh also Paris has a few cash games but the tables are great for fun.  Remeber that NOBODY comes to vegas to fold, ever.
