No Limit: Sounds like you want a friendly room. You might want to try Ballys and the Imperial Palace. These rooms tend to attract tourists, some very bad and some very drunk. Luxor used to be a fun place, but I have not played there since they made major changes some time ago.

Other notes:
Bill's Gambling Hall: Only a few tables, but juicy, I hear.
O'Shea's: You are not allowed to play unless intoxicated. :D 
Paris: Poker Room now closed.
Tropicana: Poker Room now closed.
Excalibur: This would have been the perfect room for you before they switched to electronic poker games. I tried them and didn't like them. If I want electronic poker I'll play online on my laptop.
