When I made a standard 2BB raise the blinds folded and the limper went with them. My 'lucky' hand produced a very small profit.   I have also had AA on the button in a MTT when a slightly smaller stack shoved with tens.  I called and won a pile of chips that ended up putting me in the money.  So, luck is a combination of cards dealt, both to me and my opponents, table positions, stack sizes, tournament stage etc. If all these things line up we are feeling pretty lucky.  Then we try to put our skill to work to take advantage.
