1 - When a player is all-in before the river, the pot is immediatelly chopped and the players will receive the amount of chips corresponding to what their current equity is.

2 - The other rule can be receiving three cards and discarding one before the flop, just like Crazy Pineapple

Once upon a time I played a similar game, where there was an additional Joker card. It replaces any card you need. And the second rule is to prohibit all-in preflop..

I have a few variations

RAZZ Holdem NL
#1 Pocket pairs in a player's hole cards makes the hand Dead and can only be won by bluffing with them successfully.

Anytime the board pairs or gets 3 of any matching suit on it
The value of the tripped card is nullified
three cards of any matching suit
makes it so every card of that suit in play ie. hole cards community or deck is dead/ Nullified
5 cards making a straight makes your hole cards nullified as well, whichever value makes the straight is dead

Every player gets his own flop- turn and face down river

- a straight or flush is only counting, when you use both pocket cards for it
- When two players go in a showdown after a shove before the river is given out, the chips are divided along the win probability, so the variance will go down.

The two ideas needn`t to be combined.

For my part, you will have a good laugh.
If I can change two rules in poker it would be as follows:
1- First of all the dealer must deal a single card to all players and the second must be served after the turn is bet
2- not all players who bet on the flop can fold until the river and not all players can shove until after the river
I know it's a disaster ahahahha

and
2. Queen changes.
Queens are wild. When a Queen hits the board, the next card is also wild. If another Queen hits the board, the wild card changes . If a Queen comes on the river, nothing is wild (except the players). All players can use the wild cards on the board to make their hand. Best hand is 5 of a kind.

The NEW VARIANT; may include a wild card added to the original 52 card deck.
For example, a JOKER.
This Joker, is WILD, simplymeaning, it is any of the 52 cards in the deck, with ONLY ONE EXCEPTION.
That EXCEPTION IS, the original live card in the current playing hand.
The player with the wildcard (Joker) may use it as an Ace of Spade, completing a Royal Flush, in Spades. Which is fine.
However; if any opposing player has that original Ace of Spade, it automatically makes the Joker, and thus, that entire hand, invalid.
Had the Joker been used as the 9 of Spade, A Straight Flush is a valid hand, providing no player in that specific hand, holds that original 9 of Spade.
The Joker, becomes Neutral or Invalid, however, the other remaining original card, remains valid, irrespective of the player with the Joker, calling their Joker a specified card, which an existing player in that same hand, possesses. (By chance).
