If in fact they do allow you to see how others play in certain situations, I would have to say that it tilts the playing field unfairly. especially when the opponent is unaware his playing style is being monitored. Now if the sites were to put an asterisk next to the peoples screenname that were using them that might make it a little more fair. Or if they only allowed tracker users to play vs. other tracker users, that would work for me. Next thing you'll probably tell me is that its okay for athletes to use steroids.
