The biggest thing I have found is that you need to stay away from the constant all-inners. There ARE many hands that go to showdown using strategy, not just ai's pre-flop and post-flop. I usually let those players bust each other out. The 25c MTT's on Stars are better since they are not turbos. The dimers tend to have more maniacs because of the turbo blind structure, but I can still place ITM in many of those as well. They aren't a waste of time, you just need to adjust to playing them.
