Any Ace is really only a 2.5:1 underdog to a made pair. You were just venturing into shortstack teritry (you had only 20 x BB left)
 
If you add to that Any pair TT or higher then its about 1.75:1
 
The odds really arnt that bad. Plus there is a good chance that you might fold. This dosnt seem too bad a short stack stratagy in a tournament.
 
You callled an All in with JJ.
 
So you are an underdog to AA KK QQ, And around the coinflip mark with Aks AQs KQs. You call an all in to someone with position to you.. and its a suckout because you lost???
 
The problem here is you called the all in. 
 
The power of the all in is fold equity. By calling an all in you have 0 fold equity, its all about the cards you hold. You are ahead of his range.. but not by as much as you think. Hence you will loose more often than you feel is appropriate. 
 
The thing with all-ins is you want to be the person making the raise not calling it. Dont call an all in without AA KK or AK but feel free to raise to all in with far far less.
