Question: Once all the calls (and / or raises) for the initial Big Blind takes place, and the dealer burns 2 burn cards and than puts the flop down... What do you do or what is the proper / ethical call in this situation?

From Robert's Rules:

If the dealer fails to burn a card or burns more than one card, the error should be corrected if discovered before betting action has started for that round. Once action has been taken on a boardcard, the card must stand. Whether the error is able to be corrected or not, subsequent cards dealt should be those that would have come if no error had occurred. For example, if two cards were burned, one of the cards should be put back on the deck and used for the burncard on the next round. On the last round, if there was no betting because a player was all-in, the error should be corrected if discovered before the pot has been awarded.

if a dealer messes up at a casino the hand is dead and they will re deal the hand from the start, and they will also get a different dealer and the dealer that messed up will get a royal ass chewing out

In ordinary circumstances, none of the above is true FWIW.

It's very rare that an entire hand is called off and redealt because of dealer error, especially if there's been any betting action. There are methods for correcting just about any conceivable dealer error with minimal impact on the outcome of the hand.

I've seen dealers make multiple errors that required floor intervention and still be left in the game until their rotation was up, and while they probably will get a talking to if they're prone to making these kind of mistakes a lot, a minor one-off error like burning two cards isn't likely to get anyone chewed out or fired.

Dealers are human. Mistakes can be corrected. Take a deep breath

I agree absolutely with the second bit, but the first bit is wrong I'm afraid.

There's almost never any need to completely restart the hand, and particularly if there has been betting action, the better solution is to refer back to the game rules and correct the mistake in the manner that least affects the outcome of the hand.
