why do you only "earn" the right to use the data if you played in the hand? or is it that you only earn the right to use it if you're observing the table as it takes place? if you open a table on pokerstars, you can go through the past few hands that occurred before you even got there, there's nothing to stop anyone from using that information. so at what point do you draw the line? if you're just drawing the line because the site is opposed to it, that's perfectly reasonable. but it seems that you're of the belief that something is intrinsically wrong with it and i don't necessarily agree with that
