Play position and take advantage of anyone that is weak at the table.  Bleed them out and get as many of their chips as possible before they get knocked out.  Stay away from the chipleader and try to avoid big pots with stacks that are bigger than you.  You obviously already know how to play good poker, you just need to focus on transferring that into playing live.  Discipline is the key, and I think that you probably have alot of it.
