hey guys, thanks for the advice, i went again to venlo last night and played 20 times better than i did on thursday, my first table was very tight so constant aggression from the off, got unlucky near the first break when my A10 hit top 2 pair on the flop but was beaten when 1st pos checked then pushed all in for another 100 on top of my 400 cont bet with KJd ,i called but he hit a diamond on the river for his flush and i was calling for a rebuy with my stack down to 300 before the first break. As i was short stack on my table after the break, because everyone had added on, i decided i was goin to push it all in, preferably in late position, when the pot preflop was over 3/4's of my stack, got this opportunity 2 hands in when in the CO the pre-flop pot had built up to 800 and i pushed my 1100 chips in with 99 and everyone folded giving me a healthy boost, ended up on the final table, although i was an extreme short stack by then and only lasted 4 hands before going out in 8th when my Q10 was met with the chip leaders 55. Overall a hell of a lot better than thursday night, in terms of my aggression in the early stages anyway, kinda clammed up after the break because by then a lot of pots were being raised and i just wasnt getting the hands to push with, so... need to work on later stage aggresion, gonna read up on inflection points and M again and try and put it into practice next friday, but overall a good night and definetly a confidence boost after thursdays debacle :D Thanks for the advice guys
