If I listen to music, it is a good way to play and to focus now on the recommendation, it all depends on the type of music you like because I can recommend a genre that maybe I don't like and instead of helping you to do it, it will do the opposite.

Of course, it all depends on the mood, but I usually listen to music while playing poker. Music has a calming effect on me and I focus better on the game.

Music is better then a movie or TV programme, if you play for more when an hour it is very hard to concentrate on the game, you have to switch your mind on something different. Music is the best way to relax. Nothing to agressive, nothing that would should increase your adrenaline ) something that make you calm and a better poker player)

I currently don't listen to music, but I think I am going to start. I will probably go with classical music or something relaxing like ocean waves. Hopefully I won't doze off.
