Yea i do take break sometimes, i can't enjoynpoker and win if my life isn't going well . First things first, poker is just fun for me

when everything is going well, it is very difficult to take a break, because you think about how much you could have won during this time. When a black streak begins, you don't want to play at all, which turns into a break.

2-3 days break if I feel exhausted playing poker. Helps a lot.

I practically do not take breaks. I play 6/7 days a week.
