What's funny is that what helped me so much was when my internet service became unstable, and during that time, I played much less poker than I usually do. I became really timid to play, but of course, I'm addicted to poker so I still played. When I lost, especially due to being disconnected from a game, I'd just stop playing, afraid of both tilting and losing my connection during a game. What this taught me was that I could actually finally walk away from playing poker and take a break, thus preventing me from steaming and donking my roll. Definitely don't give up, but I'd avoid trying to pursue such a challenge and just work on your disciplinary skills at the tables. Wish you the best of luck in your future pursuits.
