The 'have to' part would be for convenience only.   Nothing bad has happened.  The 'want to' part is for the unification across multiple sites.

10 years ago, it wouldn't have been hard at all.  I was still a PC whiz then, and the notion of the anonymous entity was not frowned on much then.  The recently developed frown has turned into a scowl, with fangs.

What this does sort of tie in with are some ethical issues recently discussed, and some of the seemingly draconian identity hoops many have described during a site withdrawal.  Remember that in America, for the most part, your SS# is also your taxpayer ID#.

Since my game has gotten to the point where the reality of the possibility that the next jump in it will put me into the realm of profit, I figured now is the time to test the possibilities of these changes.

The ethical issues, for familiarities sake, can be addressed by asking;

If AG has a 2nd online entity ID as a player marked as a donk, and all of a sudden improves as that donk, is it right?  Should tar and feathers figure into the remedy?:eek:
