Newbie and need some help

Hey Everybody my name is Zack.I used to be on another forum wasn't liking it somebody told check out cardschat so here I'am.I have been playing for about 1 1/2 years online at FT,and Pokerstars only.As of lately Pokerstars.My question is Where the website I can get HUD or HEM.Secondly other than OPR and sharkscope any other ones I can check my ROI at.Third my ROI at Sharkscopes for sit and gos at Pokerstars is +35%with 209 games played .It that consider any good or is it bad?The final question is When I play ring games at the micro at pokerstars the NL .01/.02 I kinda go hot and cold where I get ahead 10 dollars then a day later I'm down 10 dollars I go up and down and I play about 25 % hands some times then Swicht up and sometimes I become loose aggresive where I play 35 % hands What my problem Am I mixing up my game at the wrong time I don't want to become predictable?

ROI on sharkscope means very little the way they calculate it. It is entirely possible to have a positive ROI and a negative total profit. The only thing that matters is your total profit, and the more accurate way to get your ROI (imo) is just to figure out your average profit (total profit/number of games) and then plug it into (average profit/average stake).

Don't mix up your game at the super micros - just play tight ABC poker and you should do fine since nobody can fold at micro stakes.
