NL holdem question

ok lets say im playing a (.50/1 nl) table and im utg lets say i raise 10 bux and everyone folds around to the sb who only has 14 bux in chips he goes all in and then the bb calls. Now when it gets to me can I raise or am i forced to just call the extra 4 bux?

Forced to call (or fold). The SB's raise does not reopen the betting because it was less than a full raise (in this case he would have had to have at least $18.50 left after posting the SB to allow you to raise again).

^^^ this. So to modify the OP #s in his favor for the same scenario, if OP had only raised to say $7, the SB shoves his $14 in, and the BB calls, now the betting is reopened based on the SB's raise. So the flat call by the BB is now subject to potentially facing a reraise by OP.
