Basically no matter what poker is still legal here, that's even explicitly stated. It's just depositting that's a problem. No need to move to Canada as that wouldn't solve anything. The problem would be lack of fish. If recreational fish don't deposit the bad regs don't win anymore. If they quit the good regs start losing and basically we've got the sharks from all countries but only the fish from Europe/Asia/non-US places with fish. This would be bad for the poker economy. So there's no danger (right now at least) of poker getting banned and for us not to be able to play. The danger is shortage of fish and decreased profitability. sne's no good if you lose $100k just to get the $100k in bonuses.
