Really impressed with how well-written this article is. So unusual to see a poker article in a non-poker news source that makes extensive and apt use of poker terminology, let alone captures a poker persona in a realistic yet sympathetic light.

Thanks for posting that article, it was very interesting. Amazing to see so many young people having millions of dollars. It's also amazing what the article mentioned about how an 18 year that multi-tables can earn the same amount of experience of a long live-careered pro. Losing a few bucks in a few minutes feels bad for me, I can't imagine how losing millions of dollars over night or in a few months must feel. :D

Duplicate thread but an amazing article nonetheless. It's got to be tough to lose millions of dollars in the matter of minutes. I particularly like how he views the money as points rather than money, quite interesting point of view.

Enjoyed. One small bone to pick is stating how Isildur lost so much to Brian Hastings, but not mentioning that Hastings cheated it out of him. I think that's kind of important to note any time that story is mentioned.

great article. never thought of the video game generation being given a lil edge but if u play 10 hours yeah sure - ur concentration is going to be better over hout 8, 9, 10. Crazy how for the most part these guys make money aggressively playing 60/40% hands by shoving hundreds of thousands at them - some months people fodl and others - the better players - the Gus hansens eat their fkn lunch.
