As much as people saying, shut off computer and walk away, if the answer was that simple i wouldn't suffer from tilt :), i have like no self control so im unable to shut down the computer and walk away, if i somehow find a way to pull myself around into doing it, my mind would be on the monies all the time.  The fact that most of my session start late night/very early hours, when it all goes wrong, ringing up mates 5 hours before they have a lecture, doesn't go down well :(

I have a really really bad mental approach to the game since i feel the need to at a minimum break even for a day before stopping.  That is one of the reasons i never ever post graphs, since i feel that from the time i post my first 1, ill have to deal with pressurements to perform (insert sexual joke) and my mind cant cope.  I need to learn feng sui or whatever the feck it is, although i think thats something to do with having your couch facing the sun or something like that, you get the idea.

I will try out A Poker Mindset me thinks unless peeps have better suggestion
