Omaha hands

Ive bee trying new things with poker recently and Omaha is one of them. As ive only played in one or two freeroll i see alot of preflop all ins and everything that comes with a freeroll, but if your going deep, what kind of starting hands would be 'Raises' and which would you 'Fold'? I get dealt pairs all the time in my hand but they dont seem to be any good....Am i looking for the running suited cards to play? ie 9 10(spades) J Q(clubs)?
