I've been in many a game where I felt players may be colluding (mostly live, but a couple times online), and I said exactly what Gus said 'fishy or suspicious'. Not because I thought the players [I]were definitely colluding[/I], but more as a warning that their play is being put on notice.

I never put anything past anyone I don't know extremely well: Who would have thought Russ Hamilton would be involved in UB scandal: How many people would have pegged Clemens/A-Rod/Palmiero/et. al. as steroid users. How about Madoff stealing billions?

When millions of dollars are on the line people are capable of some shady shit.

I'm not implying that it's likely they were colluding, but to call it an impossibility is quite a stretch. As to the reasoning on the hand.... They're both good enough to know not to do this with an obvious hand.
