Even before Black Friday, Site to Site Transfers on 2+2 and other sites were huge business.  It has actually died down quite a bit since BF.

Good thing it is dead now, Pokerwallets was crammed full of scammers.

Several sites have Transfer functions, but your best option since 2+2 is down is PocketFives which has an Official Site to Site Transfer Thread and is strongly Moderated.
