For me, the best option on such days is not to play at all. On the contrary, I believe that players who continue to play in such a situation are making a mistake and this usually leads to bad results.

I stop the game that day and the next day I try a single tournament and so, after a few days if nothing changes I change my style of play a few days after taking a break of 3-4 days. good luck
