Any good tips on how you would personally get into the right mood to stay patient during poker? I personally find it difficult so was wondering how other people do it? Listening to music? Watching streams ? Watching YouTube videos?

Usually when I'm playing, I'm focused only on the game, youtube, tv, music, somentes in between, so I am not unmindful in the game.

I also know that it is hard to be patient all the time, but listening to music and silence around me help me not to go in tilt and be patient.

Watch TV

I find if I watch TV when I am playing, I can wait longer and not go all in tilt because it breaks up the games and hands and if say you were watching a 2 hour movie, you can play 2 hour tournament and it seems like no time has passed. If you concentrate fully on the game and not do anything else, I too get very impatient and go all in sometimes, getting frustrated watching the hands that I never went in on and could of won, so end up going all in with those hands next time- only to loose everything.

well,my play depends in wich mood I am when playing,but generally I am always listening to music on youtube while playing,I'm more relaxed then...music is never distraction for me,especially when I'm listening to my favourite genre

I like some music while playing. But anything out of it like Tv, Youtube, or watch everything simply kills my attention.

I found play more than one table.
I also make less bad desicions due to having less time to act.

Have I tried everything, music, alcohol, patience.., but they lost remain wide, sometimes I think that my opponent sees in the cards.

Oh yes I do not know how you can play and watch something else. Good music can pull up but YouTube or TV and even if you have a minimum of four tables open and it is necessary to determine who is who, how you can be sprayed onto a viewing side. I Agree with BigJamo ... playing 2 or 3 games (maybee more) at the same time forces you to act less with poor cards due to time constraint. When playing 1 tourney at a time I tend to bet with poorer cards sometimes because I feel like I am wasting too much time.
