I don't know how Netteller does its chargebacks but you can do a chargeback directly through paypal instead of your credit card. Oh by the way being a 3 year seasoned veteran on Ebay and learning alot from thier discussion boards. I do accept Paypal from my buyers. I trust more about Paypal then I do about Netteller.
