I can give sound advice and alot of local reacrational players respect my game.

what is constantly letting me down is self discipline and an at times lazy temperament. 
I get 3 figure mtt wins on a monthly basis but I have a tendancy to switch off or panic, or try too hard to build a 4 figure Roll. 
its like the thought of getting a roll big enough to give me more back up is the down fall of my game.
I'l try grinding and I struggle or get bored, Love the big tournaments and satellites and I love testing myself against good players.
(and yea guys I know how serious I should take BM and choosing the right games) 
I just feel that impatience and an anxiety for success are stumbling blocks - My game gets worse when i start thinking about getting close to something Ive been aiming for, for so long.
But like the ability to play poker is there just let myself down through other aspects ( I guess its a tendancy to take risks and try and cut corners)

Just wanted to know if any of you guys have ever been here or known these tendancies to be in someones game (who maybe overcome them)
