Our Desktop and Laptop both run the same software.
The tab/App versions are extremely limited compared to the PC clients.

I like playing on my laptop as I feel the more comfortable you are the better your going to play, and with a laptop or tablet you have the luxury of playing in the position(s) that make you feel most comfortable.

Desktop. I can't do the phone. I man my phone is good enough, but I don't like playing poker on it. I don't have a laptop, but if I did I would use that also. I don't really see the difference between desktop and laptop though, except maybe you can take the laptop outside on the porch and play out there or something.
