Daniel Negranue is an exception since he has a major sponsorship deal with pokerstars and is a well known established name in the industry. from my current games and looking at my results using statistical significance tests I have learned from my first year of a maths with statistics degree, I can be confident that if I was to play full time my win rate be between £100-£150 a day. assuming going full time and over exhaustion does not lower the win rate so lets call it £100 a day. If I went into a bank and tried to get mortgage on that do you really think they would give it to me? I don't. I don't think they are going to want to sit down with me and look at my results or do statistical significance tests or just look at my bank statements etc. I assume they would just say gambling is not stable. most girls I talk to are put of by my poker I lost a potential dominatrix girlfriend over this, do you have any idea how hard that is to get? she did not want to sit down with me and statistically verify my results she just assumed I had a gambling problem. and if she was okay with it what do you think her parents would say? there may be the odd case of a mathematically qualified open minded father sitting down and looking at the results but most parents would be saying let this one go.
