Playing online legally in Nevada or Jersey yet?

Over a year ago both New Jersey and Nevada passed laws that would allow online poker to in state residents and residents of states with similar laws (Intra-state online poker) New York State (where I live) was supposed to pass similar legislation but I think it stalled out as the opposition to the legal online sites and it was taking a long time for the sites to be up and running... PokerStars and some other casino were trying to open sites in those states.

That's where I got lost. I have not been following for awhile. Are residents in New Jersey and Nevada playing legally online again?

I have played on the wsop site in Nevada when I had visited a few times. And that was just a couple months ago. It was up and running then lots of action. Great site
